step 1 extend left hip step 2 extend left ankle. step 3 contract right hip. step 4 contract left and right pecs. step 5 set both grips to grab (when u dont let go grip). step 6 pres space times. step 7 extend right hip step 8 extend right knee and extend or contract the right ankel. i did both and still no decap!! step pres P and watch as u can see ur player snaps uke's arm off. (his right arm) and ur right leg is soo close to decaping him.
