The tutorial is this:

Change numbers (hint: most of the triplets coorespond to RGB colors)
If it looks good, sweet
If it looks bad, change more numbers and/or revert to the last known settings that worked

Hi. I used to be a damn good mod (wayback 2008 and earlier) and then veb made me not a mod.
