One problem I often have with headtossing, is that at 100 DMT, I often break my wrist and having to resort to crappy, weak throws that don't look good.

So I set the DMT to 400

Here's a way to rip off your head at 400 DMT.


Hold all
Extend both pecs
Contract both elbows

Advance 10 frames

Contract both pecs
Extend both wrists
Grab both hands
Raise both shoulders

Advance 30 frames

Extend neck

Advance 10 frames

Extend both elbows
Contact both wrists

Space til done.


If you are having trouble ungrabbing, hover over your wrist and press 'L' to ungrab.
