A third party bot would be better then a lua bot, as third party applications can do more.

Examples:

Hampa disabled any speaking functions in lua to prevent spam, a third party bot could talk.

In lua, !Kick didnt work because to kick a player you need their Tori ID not thier name, getting this information in lua isnt possible. In a third party app it would be. (just intercept the server data and it says the id's of people)
