Lol, thats something i'll have to figure out... user levels.. and whatnot..

I'll probably have some sort of database going for users and levels, so
i'm thinking of storing them in a mysql database, but not everyone likes or has access to one,
so which of the options seems best? I'm thinking 1 or 3.

1. Store everything in mysql.
2. Store it in text files.
3. Store it in Encrypted text files.
