Downloading a single dll rather than the whole package is a bad idea and .dlls are an easy way to pick up viruses. Rather download a Microsoft Visual Update
that website is 100% confiable, downloaded 3 dll's from there, in the last two days.
Didn't found any problem on downloading this 'single dll'
