I made two sound fixes in the new beta

- If sound initialization failes it disables sound and continues instead of exiting.
- added a -nosound switch (toribash.exe -nosound)
misc changes:
- clearer colors in bout queue (was hard to see on some comp)
- in single player stepping with no player selected will stop after 10 steps and ghost both players.
Plz let me know if it works.
