i agree though, always thought it was counterproductive asking users to write applications when they hardly know what to include for the role and when half the time the application wont be read. it would be way more efficient to have a questionnaire you can fill out which is then sent to the lead of the group as an application, would help staff find the information they're looking for and help users with adding only necessary information
