Advanced Arial Lift Kick


How to Lift:

Contract both pecs
Grab
(Hit space until you've grabbed opponent)
Lift both shoulders
Extend both hips
Extend ankles
Extend Abs
(Hit space)

Now you've lifted him in the air.
