You are unable to do anything in this case, cause your internet lets the toribash to detect your country flag by IP adress,
if you cant see the flag, then your internet blocked the access to your IP. You can change your internet provider,
but it doesnt worth it. It helps to a lot of people, so this is not reason to worry.
