Extend Right Hip
Contract Right Knee
Extend Right Ankle
Contract Left Hip
Contract Right Pecs
Contract Right Elbow
Extend Left Pecs
Raise Left Sholder
Contract Left Elbow
Switch Right Hand to Grab



If on Uke in Free Play, make sure mod is Judo, then in the second turn, Extend Left knee for the Split Kick part. Very effective move.
