Tips for your art (seeing as everything else has been covered :P) btw:

• Your avatar looks as if it's has bad anti-aliasing in some places, but other then that I like it
• I could see you making some quite nice textures, start with some practice heads as soon as you can to maximise tc later on
• Check the tutorials board for a tutorial on how to make textures and such.
