I'm pretty sure there has been a culture of wager wars in the past, it's less prevalent nowadays but I still hear every once in a while about them. Pretty sure there was one this year, I think Envy played someone.

I feel like this can be organised internally in the clan, especially with how most clans nowadays don't have a "bank", and gather tc with members if necessary. Feels a little overcomplicated to me, but at the same time I can see the benefit it could bring, more incentives for clans to play together etc
