This has already been posted in detail, and just to point out;
all the breaks can be done on 1 line;

ie:

CRUSH 1; 0 2 3

Would break the head, abs and lumbar...
And i've got something I'll put up later, that will make the limb selecter even easier (i made a pic, months ago :P)
