I'm pretty sure he meant shortcut keys, not chat command shortcuts.
All I can think of atm is Ctrl + Enter, which is fullscreen, and it happens to me occasionally that when I'm browsing through the replays I accidentally hit enter instead of ¨...
And to get back to windowed, just press Ctrl + Enter again.
