Not really planning to change it unless there are some actually important reasons why they must be displayed.
Currently it'd just mean you'd need to scroll more to see the actually important content (posts) - usertitles and signatures are not being displayed on mobile for the same reason belt / join date / posts and other user info is hidden there.
