All you have to do is adding "-hud 0" without the quotes to the end of the target line.
Incase you do not know how to do this, just create a shortcut, right-click it, click in Properties, then on the target line add it so that it becomes something like this (depending on the drive/folders where you installed the game):

Program Files\Toribash-3.0\toribash.exe" -hud 0
