Find a shop that is selling heads. Ask to make a request or buy one of the heads in the list on the first post. Tell which head you want from the seller, and they will tell you the price. Give them the TC, and they will sell you the flat image to upload.

Or, if you manage to get into a clan, get someone that has these two qualities:
Nice and good with drawing.
They will make you a head texture for no charge (like mine, at least)
Usually, though, the less money a texuture is, the worse it tends to look, in shops anyway.
