You can get a bigger avatar but you need VIP or ToriPrime.

Second answer,

Nope thats not possible.

1. You'd have to request it to an admin and the most likely answer would be no. (If you're arguing for permanent size increases for everyone) If you just want a larger avatar normally then you can buy a subscription.

2. I forget if it's possible to have a ' and such things from normal registration. If it is possible, a simple name change will get you there. If it's not possible with normal registration then you're either shit out of luck or it will cost you a lot of tc. (That's on the assumption that it is even possible to have a ' and that it won't break stuff in a weird way. Probably won't but you never know.)
