Where should i report someone with a head texture with a Swastika on the face?

Screenshot it and send it to a SMOD (Blue named guys) to get him banned.

As far as I know, you can wear them, as long as you don't use them in a racial way.

I think you should still post a pic of him here, to show what kind of swastika it is.

And swastikas have been used way before nazis and are still used in some countries, like in Finland in many ways. Even in a presidential flag has swastika.
