I know a much better way to totally skrew urself up man and this decaps urself and u loose all ur limbs, me and my friend scott made it

-hold all (c)
-extend ankles, lower shoulders, make hand sticky, and extend glutes
space 4x
-raise shoulders
space 2x
-ungrab hands, hold all (c)
space 2x
-raise shoulders, contract elbows, make hands sticky
space 3x
-contract wrists
press space
-extend wrists, extend elbows
press space
-unstick hands
space until end

Wait, are you saying that people might not see regular-sized text, and therefore talking in caps is a necessity?
