I think, if head is hited, u should change color of left eye.. how hited eyes should be (:
in my opinion, nose is too narrow, isn it?
btw, u can check some fights without rules (mixfights, [s]wresling..[s], other sportsmen etc) they often have hackneyed faces :o

agree wt the above, nose are beautiful but a bit short (anyways this is normal in real life, i got loads of friends not looking anatomical correct, lol)
I would like some more shades and contrast, try wth a new save to work over your lines and shades. play some!
