i bought 10k of tc but it says i only have the same amount as b4 and im minuse 10 dollars.. what happened?

I had the same problem, Go back into the torishop and buy it again, But, When you log in, it should come up with buy now or somthing, And then you get your TC.
I can't remember exactly how.
