Tori-Slang FAQ
SP - Single-player.

MP - Multi-player.

DM - Dismember, dismemberment.

Frac - Fracture.

DQ - Disqualify.

Tori - The mannequin guy thing that has a red ribcage. Can be changed.

Uke - The mannequin guy thing that has a blue ribcage. Can be changed.

Decap - A decapitation, or a replay containing, but not limited to, a head separating from its body, preferably Uke's.

Split - No, this doesn't mean you spread your legs out and fall on your balls. A split is where you split Uke's body in half by causing a dismember at the abs, chest, or lumbar.

Splitcap - Use your brain. It's a replay with a split and a decap.

Crotchkick - Simple. A kick in the groin, preferably with a dismemberment between the glutes. Also known as: Ballbuster, Nutcracker, Gender Bender, Lowblow, Falcon PAUNCH!!! (well, this would be a punch in the groin, but same difference), and Demanifization.

Crotchblock - That squarish colored block between the hips and glutes that makes it so hard to do a dismembering crotchkick.

Boomhit - A hit that dismembers at least 3 joints, preferably in a single frame. Depending on the attack, you can replace the 'hit' part of boomhit into whatever you did. Ex: Boomkick, boompunch, boomhead, etc.

Madman - A replay (usually SP) that involves the player dismembering Uke at least 4 times, leaving Uke's body into 5 different pieces.

Nograb - A replay that uses no grab.

Grabhit - A hit/dismemberment caused by a grab.

Clean/Flawless - A replay that results in Uke having 0 points, caused only touching Uke with the hands or feet.

TC - ToriCredits. Toribash's form of currency.

Bumping - The act of posting in a thread in order to get it to the top of the first page.

Farming - Gaining qi or TC by continuously winning against either an AFK player, or an accomplice.

Double-clienting - Having 2 Toribash programs open at the same time. Not recommended for craPCs.

ED - Engage distance. Set in Setup > Game Rules.

Insta-gib - Mods where a certain joint causes instant dismemberment to whatever it touches. Highly looked down upon for madmen and replays in general.

Opener - Opening moves, usually ones that cause the game to shift into the user's favor. Used both in single-player and multi-player.

Noobclap - Commonly used in Judo, this opener involves contracting both pecs and grabby hands.

Shoveling - A 2-turn move frequently used in Aikido, it involves pushing the opponent out of the dojo by contracting and then extending the hips. Looked down upon.

Grabby - Double-click the hands, switching them to grab mode. Highlighting the wrist and pressing L is an alternative.

Dojo - The square or circle that may sometime appear on the floor, depending on the mod. Allowing a body part to touch the ground outside causes disqualification.

Replay Hacking - It's when someone edits their replays with Notepad. Usually, it's easy to tell if something is hacked or not, as random explosions usually occur.

Texture - A custom graphic. People usually have custom head textures, although some are rich enough for the entire body texture set.
