I cant get replays to work and if someone could help i really would be grateful

Yes, this seems to be a rather big issue with people. Make sure you open the file with tb.exe and not toribash.exe. For example, find the replay you want to veiw and rlght click "open with". From here find the toribash folder and open it. Scroll down to "tb.exe" and run. Tell me how this works.
