I was using flame forge in game and clicked "create flame" to see the price. it put me on the forums but in the process glitched my client so that it was no longer fullscreen but the fullscreen was still enabled.

I have had similar problems and it offset my clicks by a couple inches but this time it was about 6 inches of an offset vertically. Not only that but the top half of the client got put above my screen range so I can't see it. I have tried /opt fullscreen 0 and that hasn't worked. Oh and I also accidentally changed the language while trying to click the fullscreen button on the options page (which i couldnt see.)

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing as well, but it remains the same.

Use the shortcut CTRL + Enter to go back to fullscreen.
