Sorry, but if you think that that vid is too long, you're going to have a lot of trouble becoming a good parkourer/sparrer/tricker... Replays will take you hours, and those vids are some of the best teaching devices in toribash. It will be much harder for you to be taught in real time than for you to get the same information from Mocucha's vids.
