When I minimize the TB window the whole game crashes and nearly freezez my whole computer.Can you help me with that?

Are you using shaders?
What are your computer preferences?

Also first try re-installing the game, that usually fixes these kind of bugs.

I've actually re-installed twice and I am not running shadders.I'm not exactly sure what my specs are.

Press windows button + r, then type in dxdiag.
There you'll see your complete system specs.

Go to the display tab, and you'll be able to get your display driver's name, etc.

Also try to update your display drivers.

One more question.
If I understand correctly the joint textures in custom folder is disabled intentionally (for some reason) as well possibility to use textures in custom folder online.
So the question, is it only temporary or this features (really useful in 3.72)will not coming back at all?

I dont know to be honest, I dont think the old texture system will come back.
That system wasnt good, this is better.

But I'm sure that the developers will fix some things to get the texture preview available again.

IT IS NOT FAIR!

We all payed 20k for a head texture, you can think that this is some sort of scam, but you have to realize, this is good for the new comers.
