I think the only thing that can be the bug is the space between the words

where u have folder with head and demon.pov when u're making it? in toribash povray folder?

in desktop

1.make a folder on Desktop.
2.Put both demon.pov & the image text[use png/tga] file there.
3.name the image file something simple xxx.<ext>
4.write in POV code --> extension "xxx.<ext>"
5.run pov ray.
