Go to your Toribash folder, open the Default.CFG file, then set Shaders "1" to "0".

I still can not get it done. Is there an easier way and the only reason i posted it on this is because it is making me lag like crazy.

Easier : Delete the default.cfg file in the Toribash folder.
You'll have to reconfigure few stuffs after, though.
