The prob is, Sometimes I want to dl someone, It Done the dl, But dosent dl, Understand?

To me it seems like your tori isnt loading after the download is finished.

Can you see the modified stuff after you have downloaded and /lp {your name}?

Go to your Toribash installation folder and make sure customs and your own folder within customs isn't set to Read-Only (right click folder, Properties).
