Its a permissions problem.

Can you try installing Toribash again ?
Drag the Toribash icon in the dmg file to Applications, and after installed double click the Toribash icon in the Application\Toribash folder.

any suggestions about the cyrilic fonts?

You might want to try replacing the Toribash font (Toribash/Data/Fonts) with a different one. I'm not sure if this'll work or not, as my Windows version displays Cyrillic as gibberish (which can be fixed through the aforementioned means), but my MacBook completely fails to display Cyrillic characters (they appear as spaces).

ough.. i think i'll wait for version 3.2 and hope it'll display cyrillic
