There's a chance it's driving your card too hard @ 60fps

lol this was a very easy fix D: figured it out myself, but I couldnt have done it without the help of you guys

First I Dled latest Drivers (thanks all of you guys who said so)
then I changed from Performance to Quality (thanks skul)
Then I dled the latest Direct X (lol cant believe i didnt think of that in the first place)
