To change the title once you buy Prime, (which is $10 for one year) you click "User Cp", then find "Edit You Details" and it will be the option "Customize User Title."

Changing the color can only be done by admins, but I wouldn't suggest begging them, seeing as now it results in a ban.

athrax, something like this already exists, very detailed, but I can't seem to find a link for it. Meanwhile, all you really have to do is highlight the text and press one of the buttons above the textbox. B makes it bold, I makes it italic, U underlines it, etc. Nothing hard there.
