That happened to me at first also but just save the image in the file as a png file called head (head.png) also how do i get the head to spin 360 degrees?
One thing I do like is that you've commented in all of the "instructions", and explainations of the include script. I was planning on doing this myself parallel to the release of my newest .inc, but haven't got 'round to finishing it yet.
