Well if your firewall or router isnt causing the problem and you tried reinstalling, maybe other versions too then I'm out of ideas...

check for viruses, it might block that type of connection.

Well I'm having this same problem.

There's a message at the bottom saying

"forwarding to 66.230.225.210:20201
Connected to 66.230.225.210:20201"

But then I just get the big "NOT CONNECTED" in the middle of the screen.

I first got this problem yesterday, and I've been playing almost every day for the last couple weeks with no problem. I tried restarting, reinstalling, and nothing worked. halp

EDIT: My wireless signal was a bit low so I reset my modem and router, improved the signal, and still no game.

I think you should simply see how other people's problems have been solved and just try every single possible option that an admin has given.
Reinstall the game, restart your pc, unplug your router and plug it back in, check your router statistics - all of them.
Just try everything.

I did all that on my own last night when it first happened. I wouldn't have posted unless I thought I had tried everything. I think an email is in order.
