This will bring up a forge menu which looks something like this (click).. Mess around with the values, choose a name for your flame and press forge. You will then be told how much TC you need to pay to forge the flame (Yes, you have to buy the flame forger AND pay TC to forge your own flames).
So this is like three different ways that you can get flames so that everyone can see them, not a three step procedure (as in you have to do all of them to have flames showing)?
I'm assuming it's three different ways, so i just have to buy a flame from another player and that will show up to everyone, and then i can buy flame particle texture to actually change the particles?
