I want to download an EXE I can run off my USB drive here at work, where I don't have installer permissions (no registry access, etc etc)... Yeah I'm a bad boy, any chance of getting something like this?

Try copying the files in CProgram Files\Toribash onto the USB drive. It should work because all the dlls and needed files are in the same folder as the executable.
I've done it and it seems to work

You might have a little difficulty playing online if you have a firewall or something which you don't have access to, but you can get around this... show the system adminstrator what an awesome game Troibash is and he'll make some arrangements :P
Or rename the .exe to something thats allowed ;)
