I never received my prizes for seasonal ranking
I never got my prizes for the seasonal ranking, And I know for a fact I should've received one cause I was rank 10

Apparently if you have 2 or more accounts on the same ip (basically alts) only 1 account will get the prize. I was told it was automated, so if you're certain that isn't the case, contact staff, might be a slight programming fault (I'd recommend sir, because he's the one in charge)
