hi all. I've just a minor question : does " NON-EXISTING! " under a name in forums means that the user has been banned ? If yes, for how long time ?

Yes, NON-EXISTING! under somebodys name means their banned.
It doesn't matter how long they've been banned for, NON-EXISTING! shows whatever.

You may also see people with SUSPENDED under their names, that was the old NON-EXISTING!.
If somebody has it then their probably perma banned, since it was replaced a few years ago.
