If it still lags, changing your fps rate or reinstalling can help.

when i turn the shades on my pc frozen

run "device manager" there should be the info about your graphics card.
than click "graphics card". nao you only need to search your graphics card + the little word "update".
for me: ( example ) ati radeon hd 4350 update.
you should find it easily

i dont know where is the device manager ;s

search it in the explorer.
when you have vista just go on the start button there is also a search
