Go into your toribash directory, go to the custom foler, open ukes, and then find the file called item.dat, open it in notepad, and delete everything, and then put this in its place and save it:

This problem was happening to me with my own colors a while ago, but it stopped. Everybody would have my gradients and relax colors, but not any of my other stuff. It kinda went on and off....

Hmm, I tried doing this to fix it (ronalds way) and it tells me i can't edit it. I need to make sure the 'path' is correct...

Also i tried deleting the file, moving the file out, and replacing it. I am the admin (now) on this computer and it asks me for permission. And it STILL won't delete/be edited.
