Hurm i assume you mean how to put them on, go to your Deactivated Inventory (it will be on the left hand side you may have to scroll down) and click activate on the item you want to wear.

And if you want to deactivate the item you're currently wearing, go to your Activated Inventory and click deactivate button which can be found near the item you want to deactivate.
