I think you should make the mustache a bit more realistic.

Its nice, although i'm not a fan of the Anime eye-style, its pretty good. Keep up the good work.

It is realistic.. it's called stubble lol but yeah nice job keep it up, only crit i could find is finish the neck and add some more details to the mouth and nose.

I have made some face shading and ears.

It is lacking hair definition.

I don't know if this was intentional, but there are little spots on the eyes near the middle of the face where it looks like a horizontal white line was smeared across them.

Other than that, I say it's very human-like. ^^

Change the eyes, they look like uh... gay...
They are way to overdrawn.
Make them smaller because they really are way to big for that face.
And the eyeballs should be bigger than it is right now.
Unless you're making a chibi or something.
He looks like uh... Azis. *Facepalm*
The beard is strange. And not good shading.
Make some shading on the face.
Add some highlights and try to make a soft touch on the hair.
Not like now.
Work on it.
