So I can't login to my account names Kariro, I attempted to reset the pass word using my email, But i won't receive the email, Can someone help me please?

If you're unable to receive an email, you may need to contact an administrator.

Recently, many people had to change their password because of expiration. Maybe that was your issue, and needed to change the password. But if you only forgot the pass, i am sure an administrator can help you. They have red names

Yeah, it's verified and everything, I just can't receive the email.

Have you checked your spam folder?

Try pming an admin about it, its broken right now. Has to be done manually

Not receiving password reset emails is a known issue that the dev team is aware of. At the moment you'll need to contact an admin (via irc's #support channel would probably be the quickest) until we can find the root cause and deal with it.
