I'd say go for it, but you could only do it with 4 players maximum. You could always start a petition for 300-player replays for Toribash 4.0

Will it download the textures I have in toribash 3.9? how do i have to copy the customs?

I changed the gravity to -30.00 and when I press edit it goes to classic settings.
what should I do?
