(Steam Version)

The issue began once I finished every repeating quest I had, the "Repeating Quests" button has vanished, which I believe causes the issue.

As I have no more repeating quests, the button no longer shows, and I cannot access the list. However, upon opening the Quests tab, it automatically opens "Repeating Quests," I can't switch off- that is to open any other quests tab (e.g. Active Global Quests).

Note: The buttons do still highlight on hover, and on click.
Note 2: My quests still exist.
Note 3: The quests are not stuck on a loading screen.
Note 4: My currencies and the shop work fine.


I have tried:
•Restarting my game
•Changing GUI scale
•Changing resolutions
•Reinstalling
•Verifying integrity of game files
•Clearing cache


Update: As I suspected, it is an issue with having no more repeatable quests. Last night, I had a repeatable quest, and I could interact with the other quest menus.


To no avail.
