You need to use, GIMP. It's free software.

Open, your head texure in GIMP, go to filters - animation - spinning globe.

Save it as a .GIF. From there, upload it to an image hosting website, then paste the URL inside [IMAGE] [/IMAGE].

Also, use the search function next time. Or visit our website
