This is the case on the forum but not in game. I think this has allowed some beginner items like 128x head texture to get out of control price wise, where all listings of the item on the market are above store price while the item is still in stock. You could blame the beginners for not checking the store first, but I think this information should be relayed to the user in game regardless, at least bring it to parity with the forum.
