Beetle Pack
My tori is a monkey and has been for years. I use a mix of beetle pack and bronze. Why does the beetle pack look red now instead of brown

Colour ID for Beetle hasn't had any changes. Have you loaded up a shader recently?
If not, I'd suggest you check your Screen/PC settings.

Looks like an old bug that reappeared after color code was fixed for shaders in 5.51. Will push an update today.
